Like the late afternoon group, this Cycle’s group theme is a curated experiential journey of embracing personal shadow, gift and highest expression of self through a unique blend of traditional talk therapy, immersive somatic and experiential arts expression, and personal intuitive reflection.

2023 was a sold-out success of soul discovery and I can’t wait to craft another magical time away in 2024.

We will be returning to the Pretty River Valley Country Inn next year, and it will be an equally magical excursion - through soul and through the spirited landscape upon which this Inn resides.

This psycho-spiritual journey to the heart of your personal genius will be chock full of experiential explorations and discoveries, hosting some delightful soul surprises.
